Foodtech Frontier 25

We had the privilege of attending the Foodtech Frontier event hosted by CFIN in Toronto last night, set against a breathtaking sunset ๐ŸŒ‡.

According to Statistic Canadan, the food manufacturing sector has been the largest manufacturing subsector by revenue since 2020, generated $155.2 billion in 2023โ€”a 7.1% year-over-year increase and its 18th consecutive year of growth.

๐Ÿ‘ Congratulation to Ontarioโ€™s leading foodtech innovators: Enhanced Medical Nutrition Inc., Food Cycle Science Corporation, Kitchen Hub, P&P Optica, and rising stars: Friendlier, Appetronix, Index Biosystems Inc., Gastronomous Technologies Inc., Jitto, Local Line, Myo Palate, and n!Biomachines Ltd.

Weโ€™re excited to see packaging continuing to be an essential part of Food Industry 4.0, ensuring freshness, reducing waste, and enhancing Canadian food experiences.

A special thank you to Dana McCauley, CEO of CFIN, and the CFIN team for hosting an inspiring event that fostered meaningful connections across the food and packaging community. ๐Ÿ™
