Step by step, stone by stone.

At a recent event, someone said, “When people come to Canada, their professional life is a blank page—we fill it step by step, stone by stone.” That resonated deeply with me. Building a business in a new country is a journey, and I’m grateful for the support I’ve received along the way.

I’ve had the privilege of participating in incredible programs like the WE-Hub Entrepreneurship Program, hosted by TMU Diversity Institute and Scadding Court Community Centre, and the Marketing Biz Camp by PARO Centre For Women's Enterprise Canada and Farm Food Drink. Through these, I’ve learned, grown, and connected with inspiring friends, partners, and mentors. They’ve pushed my project forward and made me feel like I truly belong in this vibrant community.

As a woman and a founder, I often wrestle with the guilt of not being “enough”—for my children, my family, my parents back home, or even myself. And these programs, designed to uplift female founders, have taught me to embrace my authentic self and lead in my own way. Entrepreneurship isn’t just a career—it’s a path to confidence and belief in myself. I hope to model that for my children.
Thank you to everyone who’s given me these opportunities. I’m making the most of them and applying every lesson to my journey.
